Nagarjuna's Wisdom with John Brady May 22nd 9-10:30am MST (Sedona) Join us in the Realization Room for the second class of Nagarjuna's wisdom. John Brady will unpack some of the most profound and beautiful verses from the text called WISDOM by Nagarjuna. Arya Nagarjuna lived in the second century C.E. and is regarded as the founder of the Madhyamaka school of Mahayana Buddhism. Some even say he was a second Buddha! Some of his most important work was the Mulamadhyamaka-karika (‘Fundamental Verses on the Middle Way’), the Yuktisastika (‘Sixty Verses on Reasoning’), and the Shunyatasaptati (‘Seventy Verses on Emptiness’). This is an advanced dharma class in which we will cover the highest view of emptiness. If you have attended a a Lam Rim course, ACI, or DCI course, those are appropriate preliminaries in order to attend. It is because of A.L.L. that we were able to access and translate this very important text. This text is very important to study as it could help prevent suffering for many people if explained by a teacher with a lot of experience studying, meditating and contemplating ultimate love, karma, and emptiness. John Brady is one of those special beings who has had the opportunity to study the open and higher teachings of buddhism and complete a three year solo silent meditation retreat.
